Automation of accounting activity of Light Modernist Style company increases efficiency of its work

The 1C:VDGB company completed automation in the Light modernist style trading company on the platform of the solution 1C: Enterprise.

Tasks

The decision on need to automate business processes in "Light modernist style" company is caused by the need to improve business management, namely to increase the processing speed of orders for the customer service delivery.

The separate databases which were earlier used for accounting could not provide a full-fledged financial picture to the management, provide high information processing rate and complicated business efficiency evaluation. There was a need for an information system which allows to automate accounting processes on rendering services of firm and to ensure effective functioning with customer orders.

Solution

The company management made the decision - to automate accounting activity by implementation of 1C: Accounting 8 without significant changes of functionality. The 1C: Enterprise Accounting configuration allows to implement any scheme of accounting and can be used as it is autonomous, and together with other components, this ready-made solution for automation of the majority of sections of accounting.

Results

By means of the implemented solution the following sections of accounting are automated:

• conducting accounting and tax accounting of business activities of several organizations in one information base;
• settlings with advance holders;
• settlings with the organizations;
• personnel records;
• settlings with personnel on compensation;
• calculations for income tax;
• trade operations;
• material accounting, goods, products;
• cost accounting and cost accounting;
• operations on cash desk and bank;
• settlings with suppliers and buyers;
• fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
• calculations for the VAT;
• the regulated reporting;
• tax accounting;
• integration with other subsystems.

The information system based on 1C: Enterprise is created for several days and allowed to accelerate by 3 times process of acceptance and processing of requests from clients, to lower a debit debt by 20% and by 4 times to reduce labor costs.
