The republican unitary enterprise "MINSKOBLGAZ" is engaged in production and supply of the liquefied and natural gas, re-equipment of vehicles for work on liquefied petroleum gases and to training of drivers in safe methods of operation of transport. The enterprise locates network of autogas-filiing stations in the Minsk region.
One of the key tasks facing the management of "MINSKOBLGAZ" is permanent improvement of level of service and customer service quality. Within this task in 2011 based on Slutskmezhraygaz branch forces of ProntoTelecom company hold implementation and testing of a hardware and software system Call center of Infinity from the Russian developer "Weathervane Sale".
"Thanks to complex automation specialists of the enterprise had a number of the key features allowing to work more effectively and qualitatively with telephone calls, - the head "Call centers" of ProntoTelecom company, Alexander Kashlyak tells. - Considerably control improved and the transparency in customer service, thanks to detailed statistics and record of telephone conversations increased".
There were important convenient automated services for subscribers: scoring of personal balance of the subscriber, collecting of meter readings using tone extension dialing and voice mailboxes, informing subscribers on frequently asked questions by the principle "One window", call-down and informing clients on existence of debt.
According to the results of testing the management of Slutskmezhraygaz highly appreciated the achieved results of work of a new system of customer service and made the decision on implementation of a similar complex on other Minskoblgaz branches.
