Information and analytical system "BARS. The web Passport of informatization of health facilities" it is intended for collecting and information analysis about equipment of treatment and prevention facilities by ADP equipment, the software and telecommunication systems.

The data collected with its help are necessary when forming the program of upgrade of health care.
