In medical institutions of the Novgorod region the solution of certification is implemented

In the Novgorod region a transfer of passports of medical institutions in an electronic form is made. Implementation of the software solution "BARS.Web – the Passport of health facilities" was implemented by NOVEK-SERVICE company.

Background

Maintaining passports of medical institutions using information technologies – long ago the imminent requirement of the present recommended to the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation in connection with upgrade of health care. The task of a possibility of data acquisition of standard forms in real time and also maintaining electronic passports of medical institutions and the uniform passport of a health care system of the subject of the Russian Federation is set for regions.

Solution

A system "BARS.Web – the Passport of health facilities" is unrolled on servers of Committee on public health care of the Novgorod region. Informatization took place from January to February of the current year in 67 medical institutions of the region.

Maintaining passports of medical institutions in a system is performed according to sections:

• "General information about health facility and its separate divisions";
• "Buildings and licenses of the medical organization with applications";
• "Departments (offices) as a part of the medical organization and the medical equipment as a part of department (office)";
• "Bed fund of departments";
• "The services rendered in departments of the medical organization and its staff list";
• "Medical personnel and the held established posts as a part of the medical organization".

Advantages

Main advantages of the solution "BARS. The web Passport of health facilities" are a possibility of remote work of authorized staff of the medical organizations with the passport of the organization via the Internet and its transfer for a statement to Committee on public health care of the Novgorod region. In the presence in the passport of errors a system allows to make changes to it online and supports loading of supporting factual documents.

Result

In addition to certification of medical institutions, the software product solves a complex of the problems connected with maintaining the register of the medical organizations working in the field of compulsory health insurance and also with collecting and the analysis of their resource potential.
