Polukhin Oleg Nikolaevich

Ex-deputy head of administration of the Belgorod region. Till 2012 was the person responsible for informatization of the region.

Biography

Was born on April 5, 1955 in the settlement Red Yaruga of Rakityansky district of the Belgorod region; ^[1]

Education

• Graduated from Gubkinsky mountain technical school in 1974 and service in the ranks of the Soviet Army
• In 1976 continued education, studying at evening department of Gubkinsky branch of All-Union correspondence polytechnical institute, the doctor of political sciences

Career

• Labor activity of the beginnings in 1977 the fitter, then worked as the master of Centrometallurgmontazh trust of Gubkin; further worked at the different released positions in Komsomol bodies of the area, including the first secretary of the Belgorod regional committee of Komsomol;

• From 1985 to 1987 studied on full-time department in Academy of social sciences at the Central Committee of the CPSU, defended the dissertation and received an academic degree of the candidate of philosophical sciences; has experience of economic, party, Soviet work, work on elective offices in public authorities; it was repeatedly elected the deputy of self-government institutions of different level, worked as the vice-chairman of the Belgorod region duma;

• Since January, 1998 worked as the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on organizational and analytical and personnel work of administration of the Belgorod region;

• Since 2000 - the chief of staff of the head of administration of the Belgorod region;

• In December, 2000 it was appointed the deputy head of administration of area - the chief of staff of the head of administration of area;

• Left the post in 2012.
