Biography

Was born on May 26, 1958 in the settlement of Elan-Koleno of the New Khopyor district of the Voronezh region in family of hereditary peasants ^[1]

Education

After the termination of high school from 1975 to 1980 studied in Voronezh State Agricultural University.

Career

• From 1980 to 1985 the area the young specialist passed positions from the work and regulation engineer to the chief economist of economy in Talovskoye; the service in armed forces fell on this period;
• Since 1985 according to the recommendation of a district committee of a batch it is accepted in members of the largest collective farm of Telman of the same area and it is right there elected the chairman of the board;
• In February, 1989 it is elected the chairman of executive committee of Talovskoye of regional council of People's Deputies of the Voronezh region;
• In November, 1991 it is appointed the head of administration of Talovskoye of the area;
• During the period from 1991 to 1993 it is awarded with the Order of Friendship of the people, completed postgraduate studies at the Russian Academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation with assignment of an academic degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences;
• In August, 1994 started responsibilities as the director of the department of agriculture, food and resources with combination of a position of the deputy head of administration of the Voronezh region;
• From 1997 to 2006 successfully is engaged in business;
• In March, 2006 it is appointed to the position of the deputy head of administration of the city district Voronezh and since September of this year the city of Voronezh is appointed by the head of a justice of Levoberezhny district of the city district.
• Was the first deputy governor of the region, for July, 2013 it was dismissed.
