The Moscow City Court completed the large-scale project of equipment of the big hall of court sessions

Specialists of INSYSTEMS company equipped with the engineering systems the new body of the Moscow City Court constructed for consideration of appeals and resonant affairs.

Solution

The INSYSTEMS company acted in this project as subcontractor on all low-current systems and a complex of fire-prevention actions (all 23 systems entered an area of responsibility INSYSTEMS). In addition to telecommunication systems and security systems, traditional for office buildings, in the building the different hardware and software systems doing this project unique in own way are placed. In the project special attention was paid to the two-storeyed hall for consideration of resonant criminal cases.

The chairman of Moscow City Court Olga Egorova was an initiator of the project of creation of the Big judicial hall. It is expected 92 persons. In it is mute three special places for physically disabled people, 20 places for jury members are provided. The glass balcony for members of the media accomodates about 50 people. In the hall over a podium of the judge television panels for demonstration to participants of process of case papers (documents and video fragments) are placed. All equipment installed in the hall underwent special testing and is certified according to the requirement of data protection and the state secret.

Feature of a technology complex of Moscow City Court is the system of the secret witness allowing to participate in meetings to the citizens who are under judicial protection. For the same category of citizens a little equipped with everything necessary for temporary residence of apartments is provided in the new body.

The system of an audio-video of court sessions integrated with automated information system Justice is developed in all 48 halls of the new body of Moscow City Court. Access to an information system is got both participants of legal procedures, and ordinary citizens (naturally, with different access rights). This functionality serves for increase in transparency of the judicial system.

In the course of work specialists INSYSTEMS offered a number of additions to the existing project solutions which implementation provided seamless integration of systems new and the existing body.
