Content

Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed process automation of payroll and management of the HR policy in JSC Kolomyazhskoye.

Task

Earlier at the enterprise used two separate information systems for registration of personnel and payroll calculation which more and more became outdated. Registration of personnel was kept in the 1C: Payroll and personnel program of version 7.7, and payroll - in other system developed still in the nineties. At the existing settlement scheme of the salary in JSC Kolomyazhskoye such separation of data created difficulties when forming reporting data, at the solution of operational tasks, when calculating social payments. On reporting few weeks left, at the same time often it was necessary to resort to the help of the IT specialist.

Need to integrate personnel records and payroll in one system which would allow to keep account of primary documentation, to quickly make calculation for the available work payment types with all allowances, awards and deduction ripened. The requirement of the management of JSC Kolomyazhskoye was to simplify process of accounting and at the same time to increase data transparency.

For project implementation the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) was selected.

Solution

Within the project specialists of BIT company performed data transfer of personnel records and data payroll from former programs. Salary data loading from waybills is developed. Trial operation of an information system is carried out. Work of accounting, personnel department and economical department is automated. All HR records and payroll in a system conduct 4 employees.

Result

System implementation of "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" the speed and reliability of payroll increased. Now on calculating salary for one thousand people with different wage systems, with all allowances, awards and deduction, employees spend twice less time. The structure of the enterprise includes 9 motorcades, a road production site, repair shops. Charges to each driver are made on the basis of waybills, data from which are loaded into a system.

Analytical opportunities extended. A system has potential of flexible configuration of additional reports by the user that allows to obtain information by different characteristics. For example, the analysis of the accrued payroll on separate division, a type of charge, on the employee, the analysis of sick leave notes by the form, to the employee, start date of disability, etc.

Consolidation of personnel and settlement bases promoted increase in data processing rate. Need of double entry of information disappeared, data loss probability at exchange between HR department and settlement group of accounting is minimized.

Directors and chiefs of departments who directly participate in planning process and development of the system of compensation have access to a system. It allows to reduce time at information exchange and decision making.

Opinion

According to Tatyana Vinogradova, the chief accountant of JSC Kolomyazhskoye, the project was implemented at the high level. A system helped to reach the main thing - everyone began to be engaged only in the work - personnel officers, estimators, IT specialists. And noticeably the quality and speed of accomplishment of tasks increased.
