The company "R.O.S.T.U." developed in April, 2012 the solution – "Monitoring of Activity of Municipal Entities", intended for the analysis of the course of the reforms performed by public authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation, local government authorities according to provisions of the Federal law of May 8, 2010 No. 83-FZ "About making changes in separate legal acts of the Russian Federation in connection with improvement of a legal status of the public (municipal) institutions".
The solution is already actively applied in activity of financial and economic bodies of a number of the subjects of the Russian Federation, the industry ministries and departments.
The new solution provides a possibility of monitoring of the course of reforms on 83-FZ, monitoring of the course of planning of the budget for each of municipal entities of the region, control of execution of indicators of municipal tasks and also execution of the expense plan.
Also contrastive analysis of activity of municipal entities of the region by the set parameters, for example, contrastive analysis of cost of identical services by municipal entities, contrastive analysis of load of organizations of an identical profile, etc. is provided.
The possibility of formation of necessary information in the form of specialized reports, including report generation of industry orientation is provided.
