The Elar corporation completed the works on digitization of archive of the project documentation SUE Moscow Metro. As a result of scanning and indexing of project documents and inventories the electronic database allowing to perform search and viewing images of documents in key attributes is created.
More than 23,000 drawings by a format from A3 to 2A0 and inventories to these documents were transferred to an electronic form. As for digitization documents were submitted on a tracing-paper and in a shabby status, process of scanning took place on the specialized equipment "Elar" allowing to exclude damages of originals.
The created archive ensures safety of documents and gives an opportunity of online access to documentation and archive inventories to the staff of Moscow Metro.
