Sorter.Alee is the automation system of process of scanning and batch processing of images and to perform support of process of scanning at all stages of the project such as:

1.podgotovka documents to scanning;

2.skanirovaniye;

3.obrabotka and verification of the scanned images;

4.sborka separate images in multipage documents indexation and recognition of documents.

The Sorter.Alee system is intended for automation and support of the following processes for mass digitizations of documents:

• preparation of documents for scanning (creation and printing of codes, creation of a hierarchical structure, deficiencies lists, lists of documents);
• creation of the automated process for line processing of images with a possibility of a task of conditions and data coding for use of technology of laying of codes;
• scannings (line scanning using the graphical interface with creation of an array of bitmap images, the automated change of settings of scanning by means of control codes);
• image processings (the automated processing of bitmap images with creation of an array of the processed images);
• post-processings and verifications of digital images of documents with a possibility of change and editing each page of collected documents;
• recognition of codes with a metainformation with preserving it in the separate file, support of a possibility of making changes manually;
• assemblies in documents (the automated recognition of codes and assembly of multipage documents from an array of the processed images; support of a possibility of making changes manually), extraction of data (the automated extraction of data with preserving in the separate file;
• support of a possibility of making changes manually);
• verifications (confirmation of conformity of the data taken from the document with data in the electronic document);
• export of electronic documents and a metainformation in the external systems;

This software product is intended for the enterprises having big archives of paper documentation and persons interested to transfer these archives to an electronic form and also for the enterprises the having big flows of the current documentation, also a system it is possible to include in the list of potential users the companies which are professionally engaged in digitization of big flows of documentation.
