The Fogsoft company completed the works on implementation of Federal State Unitary Enterprise RTRS electronic marketplace

Development of own electronic trading system became a necessary stage of development of the company which purpose is receiving the modern and transparent instrument of carrying out purchases of products, works and services for ensuring effective and smooth operation of the central office and all branches. As a result the enterprise received United electronic market place (ETP) for ensuring own needs.

In the project of creation of the RTRS electronic trading system the new trade procedures allowing to solve most effectively assigned tasks were implemented. Within the RTRS project the version of ETP without support of the EDS was released. Due to the wishes of the customer the stage of consideration of requests by members of the commission, the considering request of bidders was processed. Each member of the commission can leave the opinion on all requests and enter comments if considers requests inappropriate to terms of trade. Also at the request of the customer bidding procedure of an auction was finished - automatic change of a bid increment is added. For the staff of Federal State Unitary Enterprise RTRS the Fogsoft company provided training in work with the platform in 70 branches.

As a result of system implementation of electronic biddings of Federal State Unitary Enterprise RTRS had an opportunity to hold open tenderings through Internet network in branches across all Russia. It allowed to increase efficiency and to considerably simplify tendering process, to attract the maximum number of suppliers. Creation of own electronic marketplace at the enterprise allowed to optimize process of electronic biddings under specific requirements and features of biddings of the customer.

The Federal State Unitary Enterprise RTRS electronic marketplace began the work since April, 2012 and is available to the address http://trade.rtrn.ru/
