1C: School buffet

Software product "1C: School buffet. The basic version" it is intended for sales accounting in the canteen of organization of education on the basis of personal personal accounts, allows to organize non-cash payment with a possibility of use of means of personal identification (for example, electronic payment cards).

The School Buffet configuration underwent certification of 1C: Compatible (inf. letter No. 13889 of 8/9/2011) also is joint development of 1C Company and Kaptain agency Development center.

Main functionality

1. Maintaining the personal accounts eating:

• personal accounts can be operated for all eating (pupils, teachers, etc.) that allows to exclude completely need of cash circulation for the canteen of organization of education;
• accounting of different financing sources: budgetary, parent and other funds;
• possibility of maintaining the personal account separately for the main and additional power supply for the purpose of an exception of inappropriate use of means;
• maintaining chronology of the movement eating on classes (divisions);
• purpose of the main power supply with detailing on meals, financing sources with a possibility of a design of breaks in a power supply for certain days;
• possibility of reflection of a status of personal accounts in Personal accounts of users on the website;
• transactions with a remaining balance on personal accounts: replenishment, write-off; automatic maintaining at operations on cash desk;
• funds of a mass press of receipts PD-4 for payment and their fast processing with the scanner of barcodes;
• mass service at replenishment of personal accounts.

2. Registration of sales:

• work with RFID cards (means of personal identification of buyers compatible to "The universal electronic card" and social cards of regions);
• accounting of documents of issue of the main power supply (breakfasts, lunches, etc.);
• accounting and document registration of retail sales (a punched hole of checks in buffet) with printing of the check or without it;
• formation of checks with a possibility of printout on the information (not fiscal) printer of checks;
• the special procedure of mass service at registration of the main power supply;
• possibility of obtaining information on a status of the personal account of the buyer;
• results for a working shift: change closing, a control tape, subresults on financing sources, reports on goods and checks;
• additional operation modes with checks: cancellation, return, sale with indication of quantity, sale with the free price, acceptance of cash;
• possibility of manual registration of sales and the choice of the buyer without card;
• possibility of use of temporary (substitution) cards for students who forgot cards, and service of "the casual buyer" without permanent card.

3. Commodity and material accounting:

• accounting of products, dishes and other material values on one or several storage locations;
• formation of the sheet of a remaining balance and turnover sheet;
• inventory of material values;
• analysis of a goods turnover.

4. Data exchange

• the automated data exchange between information bases of cash desks and base of organization of education, responsible for a power supply;
• the automated exchange between information bases "1C: School buffet. Basic version" networks of subordinated catering departments and programs "1C: A school power supply", 1C: Nutrition complexes set in plant of a power supply (the central office);
• automatic loading of the entering delivery notes from plant of a power supply (the central office) from XML file.

At exchange of delivery notes a remaining balance automatically changes and the prices of new goods are quoted.
