ALROSA-Transsnab (BOSS-personnel officer)

GMCS replicates a HR system in three divisions of JSC ALROSA. Diamonds of ALROSA and "The uniform sales company" of JSC ALROSA are transferred to work in the automated control system for personnel based on "BOSS-personnel officer". Within April, 2012 replication of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system in one more branch – ALROSA-Transsnab will be complete.

JSC ALROSA uses the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system in the Moscow divisions for personnel management and payroll since 2008. The decision on replication of a HR system on the specified three platforms was connected with need of application of uniform techniques of formation of the internal corporate reporting, automation of the procedure of calculation of a reserve of holidays for the salary and also reduction of labor costs on reporting according to the IFRS standards.

"Before the project deadlines were delivered extremely – a HR system had to be unrolled on three divisions of ALROSA within three months. The selected architectural concept meant system deployment in one point which would serve as uniform "input" for registration of personnel specialists and payroll that allowed to optimize further costs for support of the system and to centralize the reference information. We transferred the solution of this task to GMCS company with which successfully we cooperate within technical maintenance of a system", – Chibisov Dmitry, the head of department of information technologies and communications of JSC ALROSA noted.

Since 2010 GMCS provides expanded technical support of the automated control system for personnel of JSC ALROSA, including accomplishment of necessary modifications, installation of updates. During cooperation within optimization of system operation by specialists of GMCS a number of new report forms were developed, algorithms of charges and deduction according to requirements of mining company are configured. Technical support "BOSS-personnel officer" in branches of JSC ALROSA is also performed by GMCS.
