The city administration of Pikalyovo implements a comprehensive plan of upgrade of engineering infrastructure of the city

Tasks and plans

Project implementation is carried out within accomplishment of a comprehensive investment plan of upgrade of the monotown. It is going to complete the construction of engineering networks in the III quarter 2012.

Solution

The comprehensive investment plan of upgrade of the city of Pikalyovo provides the actions directed to diversification of production and creation of new jobs. On new industrial platforms it is going to place the enterprises of the food, petrochemical and construction industry. For steady functioning of these enterprises the selected territories need to be provided with access roads, utilities, life support systems.

ARIA works as the general contractor on design and construction of outside networks of water supply and water disposal, networks of electro and gas supply.

Among implementable engineering networks:

• hozyaystvenno – a drinking water supply system 3.5 thousand m long;
• hozyaystvenno – the household sewerage more than 2 thousand m long;
• stormwater drainage system more than 1 thousand m long;
• treatment facilities of rain drains;
• transformer substations;
• gas pipeline of average pressure more than 2.5 thousand m long.

For ensuring transport availability of new production sites ARIA executes works on reconstruction and construction of the highway more than 3 km long.

Opinion

Sergey Kanev, the vice president of BCC, noted that one of the main activities of ARIA are design and construction of engineering infrastructure. "Construction and reconstruction of objects of municipal economy, creation of industrial zones and development of industrial territories, their equipment by engineering networks - significant components of process of upgrade of the Russian economy. Pikalyovo is included in number of 30 cities with monoprofile production which diversification of economy should be carried out to the shortest possible time. Creation of engineering infrastructure of the new industrial platforms Pikalyovo is an important stage of this work, the reliable base of complex development of the city", - he emphasized.
