- AST-Prague (restaurant business, the company owns Moscow restaurants Prague and Mayak);
- AST-Taxi (passenger transportation);
- AST-Gold (jewelry production);
- OJSC Trading House TsVUM (management of the Moscow department store Voentorg).
The group also owned the Moscow Cherkizovsky and Warsaw markets.
According to its own estimates, the company's annual total turnover is about $2 billion, the value of assets in management is about $3 billion.
