Tomenko Victor Petrovich was born on May 12, 1971 in Norilsk of Krasnoyarsk Krai.

Education

In 1993 graduated from the Norilsk industrial institute majoring in "Economy and management in nonferrous metallurgy", the engineer - the economist.

• From 1988 to 1990 - the hydrometallurgical equipment operator of 1 discharge of Nadezhdinsky steel works of Norilsk Mining and Metallurgical Plant of A.P. Zavenyagin. In 1990-1991 - the technician-technologist (trainee) of technical department of Nadezhdinsky steel works of Norilsk Mining and Metallurgical Plant of A.P. Zavenyagin.

• In 1991 - the technician on work (trainee) of department of scientific job management and the salary of Nadezhdinsky steel works of Norilsk Mining and Metallurgical Plant of A.P. Zavenyagin.

• In 1991-1992 - held the economist's position (trainee) of economical department of Nadezhdinsky steel works of Norilsk Mining and Metallurgical Plant of A.P. Zavenyagin.

• 1) heads the Government of Krasnoyarsk Krai and will organize its work;
• 2) coordinates activity of members of the government of Krasnoyarsk Krai, executive authorities of Krasnoyarsk Krai, government office of Krasnoyarsk Krai, gives them instructions on the questions referred to competence of the Government of Krasnoyarsk Krai and also concerning accomplishment of orders of the Governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai;
• 3) represents the Government of Krasnoyarsk Krai in relationship with federal public authorities, public authorities of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation, regional public authorities and other state bodies of Krasnoyarsk Krai, local government authorities and also organizations, the enterprises and other organizations, citizens;
• 4) conducts meetings of the Government of Krasnoyarsk Krai and Presidium of the Government of Krasnoyarsk Krai;
• 5) signs acts of the Government of Krasnoyarsk Krai;
• 6) signs agreements and agreements on behalf of the Government of Krasnoyarsk Krai;
• 7) coordinates activities of members of the government of Krasnoyarsk Krai, executive authorities of Krasnoyarsk Krai for interaction in the social and economic sphere with the Government of the Russian Federation and other public authorities of the Russian Federation, territorial authorities of federal executive authorities located in the territory of Krasnoyarsk Krai, Legislative Assembly of Krasnoyarsk Krai, local government authorities;

• Since October, 2014 - the First Deputy Governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai - the Prime Minister of Krasnoyarsk Krai.

• Since September 30, 2017 - the acting as the First Deputy Governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai - the Prime Minister of Krasnoyarsk Krai.

ACTING Governor of Altai Krai

On May 30, 2018 the Decree Russian President Vladimir Putin it is appointed the acting as the Governor Altai Krai.

On September 9, 2018 on early elections it is elected the Governor of Altai Krai.
