Military-industrial Bank in an operating mode completed implementation of the BPM solution

The VPB bank and Intersoft Lab company started implementation of a BPM-application "The budget of household expenses".

Goal

In March, 2012 in Military-industrial Bank the project of automation of planning and control of administrative expenses of credit institution is begun. At the heart of the project – the drawing application BPM- platforms "Circuit" Intersoft Lab companies.

Vitautas Tutinas, the vice president of VPB supervising this project so commented on the purposes and tasks for 2012: "We are not by hearsay familiar with the products Intersoft Lab and we calculate that the budget of household expenses for 2013 will be imposed, relying on functionality of the Budget of Household Expenses application which will provide proper transparency to processes of formation of the estimate and control of its execution. The military-industrial Bank is not going to be satisfied with what has already been achieved. We consider the first joint project with Intersoft Lab as the launch pad for creation of the complete solution on support of modern managerial technologies in our credit institution".

The company Intersoft Lab in January, 2013 implemented in JSB VPB (LTD) BPM a-application "Budget of household expenses", the company contractor in the corporate blog reported on February 20, 2013.

Preliminary result

The personnel labor costs connected with expenditure management decreased, time for approval of requests and orders for payment was reduced that is reached thanks to an electronic document management system. Due to integration of a BPM-application into the core banking system working in bank became possible to automate accounting of execution of the estimate and formation of the corresponding set of the reporting. Such analytical reports help top managers of bank to make the timely management decisions concerning efficient expenditure in case of need quickly to adjust the budget.
