Former deputy governor of the Tomsk region. Was the person responsible for informatization of the region.

Biography

Was born in Tomsk on December 8, 1954.

Education

• In 1979 "The technology of mechanical engineering, metal-cutting machines and tools" graduated from the Tomsk polytechnical institute majoring in.
• In 1994 graduated from Academy of National Economy at the Government of the Russian Federation (Moscow) in Business management.
• Has an academic degree of the Doctor of Economics (the doctoral dissertation is defended in 2007). Professor of department of management of TPU.

Career

• Since December 20, 2011 - the chairman of the Duma of the Tomsk region.
• Worked as the master, the deputy chief, the chief of the development shop of GPZ-5 (1979-1983), p
• Chairman of October district executive committee of Tomsk, the first secretary of October district executive committee of Tomsk (1986-1991)
• Deputy CEO for production and economy of GPZ-5 (1991-1993)
• The First Deputy CEO of OJSC Roltom (1993-1998)
• From 1999 to 2007 worked as the deputy head of administration (Governor) of the Tomsk region on economic policy and investments.
• From 2007 to 2011 - the First Deputy Governor of the Tomsk region. For 2014 did not occupy the specified post.
