Vladimir Aleksandrovich Vlasov was born in 1958 in the city of Asbest. After the termination of high school No. 30 entered Asbestovsky mountain technical school which finished with honors. In 1978 it was called in ranks of the Soviet Army. After service worked at Uralasbest plant. Was well trained - from the electrician to the deputy chief of service of car-repair depot of the Southern mine administration. In absentia graduated from the Sverdlovsk mining institute (nowadays - the Ural state Mining University) [1]
