Position

Deputy prime minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Was the person responsible for informatization of the region. Resigned in July, 2012.

Biography

Marat Musayevich Mulyukov, was born on April 2, 1974 in Ufa. [1]

Education

  • In 1996 graduated from economics department of the Bashkir state university majoring in Banking with the diploma with honors
  • In 2000 – faculty of foreign languages
  • In 2001 - the master program in the field of public administration at the Dyuk'n University (Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, the USA), trained in the research center "Heritedzh" (Washington, the USA).

Career

  • There passed the way from the employee of international bank to the head of Command center the innovation activity of Rosatom "Atom innovation".
  • In 2004-2005 - the assistant to the adviser to the Russian Prime Minister.
  • In 2006-2008 - the director of department of Federal State Unitary Enterprise TSNIIATOMINFORM. Was engaged in implementation of the innovation projects, development and examination of federal strategy and programs, formation of policy and practical measures on development of the innovation activity in nuclear sector.
  • Since 2009 – till present the director of JSC Research Institute of Technical Physics and Automation.
  • In 2011 it is appointed the deputy prime minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
  • Resigned in July, 2012.
