1C Company: VDGB helps science to be with current trends

The center of power and power savings of MVTU of Bauman is equipped with the new automation system of accounting for condominium with assistance of 1C:VDGB company

In MVTU of N.E. Bauman, in this oldest technical college affiliated enterprises — Center of Power and Power Savings Ltd and "Research institute of power engineering" were created. In Center of Power and Power Savings Ltd, under the leadership of Vladimir Aleksandrovich Astafyev the Cozy City project is developed and tested. Specialists of "1C:VDGB" rendered the help in the choice of an optimal solution taking into account all features of conducting accounting and tax accounting in the organization. It was decided to automate based on the 1C:VDGB software product: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC.

Accounting and tax the organizations 1C: Accounting 8 in which standard accounting and tax accounting without need to make exchange and unloadings between modules of accounting of a rent and accounting is possible is kept due to integration into the software product. The broad functionality of the installed program covered the following circuits of accounting and tax accounting:

• accounting of owners of property;
• formation of printed forms of a passport office;
• accounting of housing and non-residential stock;
• utility calculations and charges;
• formation of the specialized reporting.
• House cost accounting:
• automatic allocation of costs on services and materials in houses, parkings and other accounting items;
• set of the flexible and configured cost allocation methods: by the number of houses, on the area, by quantity living and also according to any other quantity characteristic tied to an accounting item;
• fixing to any building of several masters or divisions and other responsible persons;
• possibility of allocation of costs on the buildings assigned to a certain master or division;
• formation of acts on the performed works;
• report generation on costs, including the reference cost calculation.

Delivery and installation of the software product were executed timely. Initial consultation on work with the program is rendered. The management and accounting of the company give a positive assessment to professional actions of employees of "1C:VDGB". As a result of automation qualitative and high-speed indexes of document flow grew, the transparency of accounting increased, the high-quality analytical tool is received.
