The project on implementation 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 is successfully implemented

The 1C:VDGB company implements specialized software solution 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 in JSC Gazkholodtekhnika

JSC Gazkholodtekhnika is founded in 1994 for the purpose of production and deliveries of the domestic air coolers (AC) of oil for needs of JSC GAZPROM and failure from deliveries of AVO of oil of the Hungarian production. Reliability augmentation and qualities of the equipment and also technical improvement, a heat exchange intensification became the main objectives of the enterprise. JSC Gazkholodtekhnika is the main field of activity:

• research of heat exchanging processes, design and creation of new surfaces for heat exchangers;
• calculations, design and production of pilot, single and mass-produced models of the heat-exchanging equipment;
• development and deployment of advanced manufacturing techniques of heat exchangers (including: the automated process of production of surfaces and environmentally friendly process of soldering);
• consultation in the field of heat exchange and service maintenance of the heat-exchanging equipment, including commissioning, technical and post warranty service and repair;
• scientific cooperation with the leading profile institutes and scientific institutions, joint developments in heat-exchanging processes;
• training of specialists of the different enterprises;
• the organization production and an externship for students of such higher education institutions, as MEI, MSU-IE, MSTU of N.E. Bauman, training of future young specialists for the enterprise.

Products of the enterprise find the application for the enterprises of a power complex, Ministry of Railways of Russia and the enterprises of JSC Rostekhnologiya. 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 served as the reasons of implementation of the software product in the company, complication of different aspects of activity of the enterprise. As the main requirements to a system imposed by the management of JSC Gazkholodtekhnika it is possible to select:

• development of uniform information base for implementation of the existing accounting at the enterprise;
• work in the program with big functionality, than the existing EIB;
• simultaneous operation of an unlimited number of users;
• implementation of the accounting in a new configuration implemented in the existing EIB.

The JSC Gazkholodtekhnika company selected 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product proceeding from functionality, accounting of the Russian legislation, support and implementation cost. As the partner for installation of this software product the 1C:VDGB company which has successful experience of implementation and further support of this program was selected. At implementation in JSC Gazkholodtekhnika were automated accounting and tax accounting. The Following Tasks Were Performed:

• Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
• Sale of the selected software products
• Delivery of software products in office of the customer
• Software installation on the customer's computers
• Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
• Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
• Initial settings of the standard solution (program) to start accounting
• Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
• Individual training at office of the customer

As a result of automation accounting services of the company received the tool allowing to receive primary documentation, to prepare the reporting on the basis of the received documentation in a foreground mode. At the moment, the 1C:VDGB company issues preferential support of 1C:ITS for half a year and consultation on technical issues of work with software products 1C is performed. In plans further automation of a circuit of personnel records and payroll, maintenance 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 in JSC Gazkholodtekhnika company.
