Alfa-Tex automates business processes and document flow with ELMA

Alfa-Tex company – the young, dynamically developing enterprise performing production of modern pipelines with isolation. Progressive rate of development was set by three basic principles of work: quality, prices and short terms.

Task of the company to develop as well due to implementation modern information systems. For this reason in March, 2012, the management made the decision on implementation at the enterprise of Business Process Management Suite Elma.Potrebnost in system implementation was also dictated by need of automation of regulations of SMK and absolute automation of internal activity at the level of administrative personnel.

At the first stage basic setup of a system was made and user training is provided. Are at the moment conducted work on workflow automation and the processes connected with projects of the company.

Further, jointly with specialists of the consulting company all commercial processes of the company, in particular sales processes will be described. It is going to integrate a system with 1C, and also to implement the balanced scorecard based on the ELMA system.
