Federal Migration Service (cloud computing)

For FMS of Russia the Technoserv group executed several projects which cornerstone models of cloud computing were. First of all we implement the project on creation of the universal program bus of interaction of information systems of FMS of Russia and the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SIEI). Operating with terms of cloud computing, one may say, that other departments as a result of this project receive from FMS of Russia services according to the SaaS model.

In 2011 Technoserv also for FMS of Russia designed federal DPC within works on development of project solutions and the software on maintaining the automated dactyloscopic identification system (ADIS). After implementation the DPC will allow to provide to the staff of FMS of Russia the unified services. Thus, we can also speak about implementation of the SaaS model, but already for internal users.

Since 2010 Technoserv is responsible for creation of the unified software of territorial level. Within the project it is developed by software, covering all accounting of FMS of Russia. (Department is responsible for rendering to citizens several services and functions as that: issue of national and foreign passports, registration at the place of residence, issue of work authorizations, etc. of Software to each such service is the regulations — the operating procedure, respectively is also the process. The unified software allows to render all services from one application.) In the long term software will become the unique environment of work of each employee of department. It is sure that first of all not construction of computer centers, but creation of a similar software platform is a step towards real use of model of cloud computing.

The project on creation of the universal bus was implemented in two stages. At the beginning in 2010 the DPC which provided the hardware-software platform was constructed. In the 2011th software development is executed. Unified by software it was created in several stages, Technoserv Group takes part in two last (in 2010 and 2011). At the moment software development is complete, implementation in several regions is executed.

Besides, last year the Technoserv group executes a system design of ADIS and development of the special software.

Development of software environment became the most difficult section. In each case it was necessary to solve a broad spectrum of tasks within one product. It was required to attract several teams of analysts and system architects to primary requirements gathering and creation of architecture of the software.

The general project budget is calculated by tens of millions of rubles.
