Directum in the Okhta Public business center

The certified partner of DIRECTUM – Galaktika of IT company – started in the spring of 2012 an implementation project of an electronic document management system and interaction management of DIRECTUM in the Okhta Public business center.

ODTs "Okhta" – one of the most known structures of JSC Gazprom in St. Petersburg which activity is widely lit in mass media. When implementing construction plans of new business quarter in St. Petersburg, analogs which in Russia are not present yet, the company was faced the need to arrange and optimize key business processes and the document flow accompanying them.

For the choice of a system the careful analysis of the solutions existing in the market was carried out. Based on data of market research the company management made the choice for benefit of the DIRECTUM ESM-system. The final decision was influenced by such factors as functionality and flexibility of a system, the solution price and also existence of the certificate of conformity of the DIRECTUM system on regulations of GAZPROMSERT.

The Galaktika of IT company was selected based on the tender among partners of DIRECTUM in reliability criterions and experience of successful implementation of large IT projects.

The main objectives of an implementation project which started in March, 2012 are directed to process automation:

• registration of the entering, outgoing and internal documents;
• works with organizational and administrative documentation (orders and orders, resolutions);
• control of execution of instructions.

"The tasks set by the management of ODTs "Okhta" for us within an implementation project are standard. For their implementation we will use functionality of Basic modules and business solution "Classical office-work". The implementation project is directed to improvement of quality and efficiency of work of staff of the company with documents, formation of corporate storage of electronic documents and also increase in efficiency of control and level of performing discipline. Within the project duplication of transactions will be eliminated, thus in the company costs for office-work will be reduced.
