The Beltel company announced in April, 2012 signing of the service contract with Tattelecom company according to which the integrator will perform the round-the-clock technical support of contact center of the operator.

In 2011 Beltel carried out upgrade of contact center Tattelecom for the purpose of increase in its reliability and expansion of functionality. The contact center is constructed based on solutions of Avaya, global solution provider in the field of business communications, and expected 125 operator places.

TsOV is widely used for the reference service on services centralized by bureau of repair, settlings with subscribers, technical support services, monitoring and control of customer service, rendering services in the self-service mode including in the speech recognition mode and also service of the third-party companies.

For ensuring reliable and smooth operation of strategically important division of the company the service center "Beltel" on which maintenance there are more than 400 state and commercial organizations including more than 40 contact centers was selected.

Is a part of the serviced complex: CS1000E switch equipment, VPN Router 1750 routers, software of multimedia contact center of Avaya, subsystem of a call recording and recognition and speech synthesis, hardware-software platform of IVR MPS1000 system.

Within the signed agreement specialists of Beltel perform the round-the-clock support in mode 7*24*365 of service of exploitation of the customer, fault recovery of functioning of the equipment and software, recovery of operation of the equipment in case of emergency situations.
