On April 24, 2012 SAP CIS companies and JSC RusHydro announced start of the project on HCM SAP ERP system implementation – the full-function solution on personnel management of the company. As the general contractor A-Energy Systems LLC, the certified partner of SAP act.
The project objective consists in increase in efficiency of HR tools of the company, including not only personnel records and payroll, but also selection, training, development, motivation in the complex geographical distributed structure.
The selected HCM SAP ERP system is the solution on personnel management of the company including opportunities for personnel records, time management and payroll calculation (Core HR) and also personnel recruitment (SAP E-Recruiting), management of corporate training (SAP E-Learning), and opportunities for visualization of an organization structure and personnel capacity of the company (SAP Org Visualization by Nakisa and SAP Talent Visualization by Nakisa).
The implementation project is separated into two phases. In the first phase creation of management of organizational and regular structure, personnel and time keeping, payroll and management of the passport of a position is planned. In the second phase – optimization of non-state pension provision, work with the highest managers, search and selection of personnel, career planning, assessment and certification, the analytical reporting regarding personnel management and the system of distance learning.
According to Andrey Nadein, the deputy CEO of SAP CIS, this implementation should increase efficiency of the organization, "having allowed to create uniform standards of activities for personnel management, a common information space of maintaining an organization structure and the staff list, personnel and time keeping, payroll, administration of personnel management processes and also procedures for automatic formation of the consolidated statements".
At this stage the number of users of a system is estimated at 2600 employees of the company. Plans for further development of the project include automation of new expanded control functions by personnel, including requirements planning in personnel, development of competences, a regulation of activity and psychodiagnostics.
