The system of information support of purchasing activity in State corporation on air traffic management

The Digital Design company completed in the spring of 2012 the project on creation of a system of information support of purchasing activity in the federal state unitary enterprise "The State Corporation on Air Traffic Management in the Russian Federation". The solution allows to collect uniform information on purchases from 15 branches of the enterprise.

The project in "State corporation on air traffic management" is implemented within development of the internal portal of the customer on the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server platform. The system of ensuring purchasing activity created by specialists of Digital Design includes the section of Purchase of the website of the customer and the configured part of the internal portal intended for management of the section of purchases. The section of purchases on the official site of the enterprise is available to use to citizens and the organizations. Thanks to a new system operators can easily and quickly create and publish notifications on carrying out public procurements and if necessary make to them explanations and changes, to prepare and coordinate the documentation, to make protocols by results. Besides, the possibility of the publication of the diagram of purchases and information on the signed contracts is implemented.

As a result we received the solution which is a basis for information and analytical ensuring processes of purchases at all stages of their carrying out".

And, of course, it is difficult to revaluate a role of information technologies in ensuring the managed and clear purchasing process. In our further plans – development of this system, in particular its integration with the accounting systems".
