Gazprom bureniye uses Aurus PhoneUP services

Engineers of Aurus implemented the information services PhoneUP which significantly expanded possibilities of the IP telephony in Gazprom bureniye. Delivery of the solution was performed by LANIT company.

For increase in efficiency of telephone communications in corporate network Cisco IP telephony of the company program services "Direktoriya", "Inform", "Prisutstviye" and "Zapis razgovorov" and also the Agent entering PhoneUP packet were implemented. PhoneUP – one of leaders in the world market by the number of modules, quality of implementation and the price.

The project on implementation of new services covered 300 jobs and the access to the complete and relevant list of subscribers which is consolidating all sources and including phones of employees Gazprom bureniye from different reference books and phone numbers of partners provided to employees Gazprom bureniye. PhoneUP provides to users convenient dynamic search in the uniform list of subscribers and a possibility of a call of the subscriber "in one click" from different corporate applications. The packet allows to display the status of the subscriber ("on site", "no", "it is busy with a conversation") and to write telephone negotiations. Besides, the module "Inform" allows to display IP phone up-to-date data about a status of production processes and the different reference information.

However in practice nobody uses it as good applications are not enough, and in recent times in the territory of Russia large developers of XML-services we did not see. Having considered solutions and having tested the offered services directly in our infrastructure, we made the decision on implementation of these solutions".
