The product "1C: Nutrition complex" is intended for calculation and accounting of products at the enterprise of a power supply providing several or a great number of receivers.

The program is addressed: to the technologist, cost accountant, accountant of material accounting.

Main functionality of the program:

  • Maintaining a card file of products, dishes, standard menus for several diets, data on nutrition value and regulations of consumption with a possibility of loading from external sources;
  • Development of compoundings of dishes and standard menus;
  • Order of products to the supplier;
  • Accounting of products in warehouses: arrival, movements of goods, remaining balance, inventory. Separation of accounting by types of cash flow;
  • For batches of products account is kept: storage lives, units of measure, names of batches, documents on origin;
  • Calculation: drawing up and calculation of the menu, taking into account regulations of withdrawal, replacements of products and dishes, test, rounding.
