Sviaz-Bank (CFT-electronic archive)

The Sviaz-Bank completed implementation of a complex of the applications "CFT-electronic Archive". Now the head office of Bank and a number of branches with the most considerable volume of document flow is already transferred to document storage in electronic form.

"Understanding economic effect of the offered technology and need of its fastest use, works on implementation of Electronic archive were selected in the separate strategic project. Separately It should be noted harmonious work of project teams of Bank and CFT that allowed to implement the project in the planned terms", – Alexey Samoylov comments on work flow on the Director of Project and Technology Department of the Sviaz-Bank project.

"Already today assessment of preliminary results of the project allows us to speak about considerable effect of use of the solution of CFT during the work with the archive documentation. The project will reach payback of earlier planned term in connection with significant growth of volumes of document flow", – the Associate director of Project and technology Department of the Sviaz-Bank, the Electronic Archive project manager Utenkova Tatyana comments on project deliverables.

The next stage of automation of work of branches of the Sviaz-Bank with Electronic archive is planned for May of the current year. In the short term transfer to the mode of electronic document storage of all regional network of the Sviaz-Bank.
