Cooperation of LANIT company and Rosbank began in 2008 with the project on implementation of an automated system on optimum control of collection of ATMs. The implemented system allowed to organize qualitatively a full stroke of works on collection of ATM network of the Moscow branch of Rosbank, since assessment of a status of ATMs and completing formation of documents for collector services. Economic effect of implementation became noticeable at once: the solution allowed bank to reduce the volume of money supply in ATM network and operating costs on its service and also to improve quality of execution of operations on the organization of collection of ATMs.
For the expired period a system was advanced functionality of cash management in operational cash desks and is registered under the name LanCashManagement. The solution is implemented based on the ERP system of Microsoft Dynamics AX which standard functionality allows to keep the cost accounting on functioning of ATM and filial networks by service providers and cost centers.
The received results in the Moscow branch gave start to the new project which was broken into several stages. Within the first stage the solution LanCashManagement regarding cash management in ATMs was spread around on all ATM network of Rosbank located in the territory of the Russian Federation.
Within the second queue specialists of LANIT developed and implemented the Centralized control system of a cash remaining balance in divisions of network of the Moscow branch of Rosbank.
The data received with the set frequency from the bank and processing systems about the executed transactions in ATMs and operational cash desks of bank allow to reveal patterns and to construct the forecast of cash flow for each cash desk and the ATM. LanCashManagement develops optimal recommendations about terms and the amounts of reinforcements/delivery of a cash liquidity for divisions and collections for ATMs. The user is offered to agree with recommendations or to make necessary changes. Directly in a system the user processes administrative documents for preparation of cartridges and bags and also for transportation of the created money.
In a system the center of decision-making for cash management is the Branch. Function of registration of requests of divisions for reinforcement/delivery of cash and registration of preliminary applications of clients for issue of cash is implemented in a banking information system. It allowed Rosbank not to place system jobs in internal structural divisions.
Use of LanCashManagement helps Rosbank to lower total costs on cash management in divisions and ATMs, to increase transparency of processes, to increase customer service quality. Further the software solution regarding management of a cash remaining balance in divisions of network of bank will be distributed to all regional branches of Rosbank.
