ANO Sportivny Klub CPRF selected 1C:VDGB company and its 1C:VDGB software product: Accounting for non-profit organization 8 for automation of accounting and tax accounting

The sports Club of the CPRF was created with direct participation of the Chairman of the Central Committee of the CPRF G.A. Zyuganov and his first deputy I.I. Melnikov. A task of Club to popularize the idea of sport, at the same time paying special attention to young people. In a season 2008/09 IFC of the CPRF were succeeded to win a victory in the Championship of Moscow among representatives of different political parties.

Representatives of ANO Sportivny Klub CPRF addressed for consultation on optimization of workflow specialists of "1C:VDGB". For achievement of an effective objective, the decision to implement the 1C:VDGB software product was made: Accounting for non-profit organization 8 based on the standard program 1C: Accounting 8. Developments of our specialists were the most relevant for Non-profit organization of customer company. As a result of implementation by the management of NPO the effective management tool is received by activity.

For achievement of the maximum optimization of work of staff of ANO Sportivny Klub CPRF the following operations were performed:

• Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance;
• Sale of the selected software products;
• Delivery of software products in office of the customer;
• Software installation on the customer's computers.

Moreover, were improved by following features of accounting:

• conducting detailed analytical accounting on account 86 "Target financings" and receipts in two cuts: "Item of expenditure and receipts" and Financing sources;
• maintaining list of financing sources of non-profit organization;
• an opportunity to keep account by a business and non-commercial activity - maintaining the 20th account "Main production" by two sub-accounts: "Costs on business activity" and "Costs on non-commercial activity" its closing into the 86th account;
• an opportunity to consider costs on the 26th account and its closing into the 86th account;
• in a configuration the mechanism of accounting of economic operations on financing sources is implemented. In standard reports it is possible to obtain information on each of financing sources, or on all sources at once;
• features of accounting of the VAT are considered — the possibility of acceptance of the VAT to offset or inclusions in cost of the purchased objects is implemented;
• features of accounting of fixed assets are implemented, fixed asset accounting and charge of wear is provided.

Thanks to high extent of automation, employees can enter documents of accounting of trade operations into the database, not being accountants. After free demonstration program installation of 1C:VDGB was carried out: Accounting for NPO and elementary education of employees of the client. Now information and technology support of 1C is performed.
