The government of the Omsk region (The Standard solution for creation of a regional segment of infrastructure of "the electronic government" (RIEP))

Rostelecom is recognized by the winner of open auction on transfer of services of public authorities of the Omsk region to an electronic form using the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SIEI) and the uniform portal of the public and municipal services (EPGU). The project should be implemented until the end of the second quarter 2012.

Within the signed contract, the company will transfer to an electronic form 41 services of public authorities of the Omsk region and organizations subordinated to them. As a result of the performed works the general base which will facilitate process of collecting of references and statements for receiving a number of public services among which, purpose of monthly payment to pension to participating female is the Second World War, allowance payments on child care and on carrying out summer improving holiday of children, purpose of the government social assistance, making decision on social service of citizens of advanced age and disabled people at home, providing subsidies for payment of premises and utilities and also state registration of acts of civil status, issue of permissions to transportation of animals, products of animal origin, etc. will be created.

Rostelecom continues to implement the program for creation of infrastructure of the electronic government in the Omsk region, - the director of the Omsk branch of Rostelecom Alexander Yuzhakov noted. - The SIEI organization, is not less important, than the organization of providing electronic services to the population since accurately adjusted interdepartmental work allows to resolve quickly all issues of the addressed citizens, without repeated request of all references and statements".
