Directum in the Russian legal academy of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation

Specialists of the e-document flow direction of Namip Group completed an implementation project of the electronic document management system (EDMS) in the Russian Legal Academy (RLA) of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

At the first stage of implementation examination and organizational structure analysis and business processes of the movement of documents in RPA on the basis of which the project solution was developed were conducted and also the necessary software is set. After setup of a system training of the working group and ordinary users then a system was introduced in experienced, and after testing of settings – and in commercial operation was provided.

"As a result of a successful completion of works on implementation of EDMS about 45 employees of Academy had an opportunity for work with documents using more effective mechanism. Forces of employees of e-document flow of Namip Group automated processes of approval of memos, orders on primary activity, orders on advanced training, orders on the educational activity by students and graduate students entering and outgoing documentation. All basic reference books are configured, templates of the main documents are entered", – the project manager Mikhail Popkov tells.

Among the main objectives of implementation of EDMS were: sales opportunity uniform registration of all documents, tracking of the movement of documents, increase in performing discipline, uniform control of execution of instructions. Desire to receive a flexible system which develops was an important factor and has wide functionality. For RPA this factor is the most essential as further development of a system both in parent organization, and in branches is planned.

Already now it is possible to claim that system implementation of DIRECTUM in the Moscow division of Academy allowed to solve key problems of reduction of number of routine transactions with paper documents and provides increase in efficiency of interaction of employees that in the short term will inevitably lead to increase in effective management of the organization in general.
