The Parallels company released the new version of the product Parallels Mobile 3.1.530 in April, 2012. This mobile application for iOS - compatible devices allows to organize effective interaction with virtual machines based on the Parallels Desktop for Mac platform.

The mobile client application Parallels Mobile is distributed for free and provides remote access to virtual machines on wireless communication links, including Wi-fi networks and cellular networks 3G. Installation process of connection takes only several seconds. The utility supports portrait and landscape orientation of the screen and automatically arranges the image from a remote desktop under the small screen of the mobile device.

A number of considerable innovations, including full support of the mobile platform IOS 5 is offered to attention of users of the new version, and it is offered to owners of iPad tablets of third generation support of Retina displays. The user interface were it is completely processed and now offers high quality of images, icons and other elements of the interface (for this purpose on desktop Mac or the virtual machine resolution not lower than 1024x768 pixels should be set).

The list of improvements includes support of the international keyboard layouts during the work with Mac-hosts and Windows virtual machines and the simplified connection installation process, users do not need to enter login credentials at each subsequent connection any more.

Developers also announce liquidation of a number of the detected defects and faults, including problems with scrolling during the work in virtual environments of Windows and OS X.
