"Tatneft-AZS-West" expands scales of use of EDMS Case

Tatneft-AZS-West LLC purchased additional licenses EDMS "DELO", productions of the company "the Electronic Office Systems (EOS). Delivery and works on installation of a system are carried out by InfoEngineering LLC company – the partner of EOS Group.

Tatneft-AZS-West LLC is included into Tatneft group – one of the largest domestic oil companies of Russia.

The project on workflow automation in Tatneft-AZS-West LLC is kept since 2003. Forces of the company contractor deliver and set 102 jobs of EDMS "DELO", 6 jobs of "DELO-WEB". During the last update subsystems for work on mobile devices were delivered to the customer: "The automated workplace of the Head" on 2 jobs and "The head's portfolio" on 2 jobs.

The Tatneft-AZS-West enterprise has the distributed structure. All divisions work in the single database "CASE", 1 regional business unit (parent organization) and 5 branches across Russia are connected to a single system: Arkhangelsk, Baltic, Vladimir, Moscow and Situated near Moscow.

Using the CASE system the customer performs active exchange of documents "from a system in a system" with superior organization JSC Tatneft and other enterprises of JSC Tatneft holding.

From year to year system maintenance services are rendered to the customer, updating of current versions of a system is supported, the majority of opportunities of functionality of a system is used. The main objectives solved in a system: accounting of documents, execution control, approval of draft documents (agreements, requests for payment, etc.)

For the purpose of the solution of managerial tasks, the decision on acquisition of a subsystem "the automated workplace of the Head" and "The head's portfolio" for providing to company management of an opportunity for work with documents both in office, and beyond its limits was made. Implementation of subsystems is executed successfully, and debugging of mechanisms of work of users is carried out now.
