T3C system - Federal purchasing union

In April, 2012 ujlf started the project on development of the complex development strategy of the Federal purchasing union of System T3C Ltd. Under the leadership of experts of InCoSol Group (Investment&Consalting Solutions Group) in the company it is going to implement a modern management system based on SSI (System of Strategic Indicators).

The federal purchasing union of System T3C Ltd was created by the Union of independent networks of Russia and a number of regional retail networks. The company performs signing of the contracts of deliveries and marketing with federal suppliers and also is engaged in coordination and consolidation of the centralized purchases and deliveries for the networks which are a part of SNSR. Besides, production of goods under own trademarks in a segment of FMCG is arranged.

The shareholders taking effective participation in work of the Federal purchasing union of System T3C Ltd not accidentally asked in InCoSol Group for the help in project implementation. The new project provides creation in System T3C Ltd of the development strategy corresponding to market realities and allowing to react quickly to the changing conditions. Development of the strategic map is more whole and determination of specific actions for implementation of these purposes will allow the Federal purchasing union to achieve concentration of resources on the most important projects of the company. As a result it not only will increase efficiency of activity "the T3C Systems in general, but also will positively affect success of each of its participants.
