Anneli (BIT: Management of the medical center)

1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) – Kiev completed the project of automation of the center of cosmetology Anneli using the solution "BIT: Management of the Medical Center".

The main activities of the center is the hardware cosmetology, laser cosmetology, plastic surgery, esthetic medicine.

Before automation manual work remained, mainly, at all stages of business. The leaders of the center of cosmetology were interested in use of the modern software product which would allow to keep account of visitors, to carry out to the sales analyst of services, to lower errors and to reduce time for accounting. At the same time the program had to provide a possibility of interaction with "1C: Accounting 8 for Ukraine. A set on 5 users".

The decision on cooperation with 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) — the largest regional network among firms of the franchisee of 1C was made. Taking into account specifics of business specialists of "BITS" proposed an optimal solution for automation — the software product "BIT: Management of the Medical Center".

In a project deliverable the center of cosmetology considerably increased service rate of clients, there was an opportunity to write clients taking into account employment of specialists, to analyze a consumption of medicines and materials, to carry out analytics on the rendered services.

"BIT: Management of the Medical Center" 1C: Accounting 8 for Ukraine was integrated with the installed program for conducting regulated accounting ". A set on 5 users".

Implementation of the specialized software product gave the chance in a complex to automate work of the medical center, to provide to employees and the leaders of the medical center the convenient tool for conducting management accounting.
