The DataPort company announced in May, 2012 the beginning of construction of the largest data processing center of the Tier 3 level in the Central Black Earth.
At launch of DPC in operation the platform of DataPort will consist of 215 racks with expansion perspective by 2-3 times. The similar scaling option is put at a design stage — it was supposed that commissioning of each subsequent stage will not cause a stop in operation of already installed equipment.
The area of machine halls of new DPC will be more than 650 sq.m, design installed capacity — 2.2 MW. Start in operation of the first part of DPC is planned for the fourth quarter 2012.
