Project Task
Joint efforts of companies "FB Consults", the technology partner of the international corporation Sage CRM Solutions, and "R-Style Siberia" create the solution on integration of the core banking system RS-Bank (a product of R-Style Softlab company) and Sage SalesLogix CRM system.
Implementation Progress
During the project the companies created the basic bank industry solution (the so-called stand) on the basis of Sage SalesLogix software integrated with the automated banking system of RS-Bank. This solution allows to conduct base of the potential and acting clients, to perform sales of key banking products, to carry out marketing actions, to online browse customer accounts and other financial information, to plan working activity, to build analytical reports and so forth. An opportunity to synchronize customer information — both manually, and automatically is configured.
The created solution represents the distributive scheme with a minimum of settings which allow to enter information on clients, to open accounts, to start procedures of synchronization, to perform mailing to clients by e-mail, the fax or a regular mail, to execute data scrubbing from duplications with the subsequent their merge, etc.
Operation algorithm of integrated solution on the basis of the core banking system RS-Bank V.6 and the CRM system of Sage SalesLogix following:
- During the adding of the new client or change existing in the core banking system RS-Bank the procedure of synchronization is started.
- The procedure of synchronization executes search of the new or "changed" client in the database of the CRM system Sage SalesLogix.
- If the client is already present at the database of the CRM system Sage SalesLogix (for example, as the potential client), his binding to the client from the core banking system RS-Bank with the subsequent synchronization of attributes of the client is performed.
- If the client is absent in the database of the CRM system Sage SalesLogix, its adding is executed.
- Information on customer accounts and its aggregated financial performance is available online.
- On a closing stage there are works on integration of the CRM system of Sage SalesLogix with the second core banking system of R-Style Softlab — RS-Bank v company. 5.5.
Result
FB Consult companies and "R-Style Siberia" calculate that the integrated solution based on the core banking system RS-Bank and the CRM system of Sage SalesLogix will quickly find recognition of bank community and will help to make activity of credit institutions even more effective.
