KRUG company created the system of automated management on PPO EVT

In April, 2012 the KRUG scientific and production firm puts into operation the system of automated management of the vertical furnace of tempering of glass on JSC PPO EVT.

JSC Penza EVT Production Association – one of the De luxe and Electronicsdeluxe trademarks leading in Russia on production of home appliances.

The problem consisted in the failure of the managing controller which caused idle time of all line, and finally, – financial losses. The task to recover operability of the line with replacement of the controller equipment in a short time and with the smallest costs was set. Having analyzed the potential of possible contractors, the management of the enterprise selected NPF KRUG.

Basic functions of a system

• Control and program and logical management with a possibility of change of temporary and temperature settings
• Automation of process of tempering flew down
• Diagnostics of a condition of equipment

• Providing to service staff all necessary information on technology process.

• the multifunction industrial Devlink®-C1000 controller with the firm ware the Controller Real-time System (CRTS)
• modules of discrete input-output
• graphic panel of the operator.
