The system of the joint communications in Renova-Stroygroup

The BELTEL system integrator completed system implementation of the joint communications based on Microsoft Lync Server 2010 in RENOVA-Stroygroup Group. Within the project integration with the system of a video conferencing of Polycom is executed.

Divisions of Renova-Stroygroup Group, Group in the Russian market of development, work in many cities of Russia therefore the management was faced by a task to organize effective interaction between the staff of different offices.

Microsoft Lync Server 2010 of which advantages the staff of the company could be convinced during test use was recognized an optimal solution. Full-scale system deployment was entrusted to the BELTEL system integrator, the Golden partner of Microsoft corporation.

Within the project specialists of BELTEL conducted detailed examination of IT of infrastructure of the customer, engineering design of a system of the joint communications, deployment of systems and components necessary for implementation of a system. A server part was placed in a private cloud of the customer.

As a result of project implementation the personnel of RENOVA-Stroygroup Group got access to a full range of functions for effective interaction – an opportunity to see a status of presence of the employee, to exchange instant messages, to jointly edit documents and to work in different programs, to participate in web conferences, to make calls, etc.

For holding the operational meetings in the company the system of a video conferencing based on solutions of Polycom is used. Within system implementation of the joint communications integration of the solutions Microsoft Lync Server 2010 and Polycom was executed.
