Cryogenmash (SAP ERP)

The SAP company announced in 2006 conclusion of an agreement about Cryogenmash, the leading Russian enterprise of cryogenic mechanical engineering. An ERP system of the customer will be constructed based on the standard solution SAP Packaged Solution IM&C. Within the project on Cryogenmash the standard solution will be implemented for the first time in Russia.

The choice of vendor was made on the basis of an open tender in which participated: SAP CIS (SAP Packaged Solution IM&C), Deloitte&Touche CIS (Oracle/JDE E1), Frontstep (SyteLine) and GMCS (SSA ERP LN 6.1). The implementation project with participation of consulting division of SAP CIS started in March, 2006. Now at the enterprise mySAP Customer Relationship Management is implemented. At the second stage which will begin in the second half of 2006 the standard packet as such for mechanical engineering which will cover management of finance, the cost accounting, production management, inventory management, project management and sale will be implemented. Further implementation of the module "Advance Planning and Optimization" (SAP Advanced Planning & Optimization) is planned.

The TechnoServ A/S company (file) started in 2006 project implementation on implementation of a corporate information system based on the SAP solution ERP in the Cryogenmash company which is engaged in equipment manufacturing for air separation, supply with technical gases and development of complete solutions on processing of associated, natural gas and LNG.

The project covers 26 divisions of the company and provides transition from operation of a large number of the separated and poorly integrated information systems to creation of a common information space of the enterprise.

The purpose of the first stage of the project is automation of key business processes of the customer in the field of project management, planning and management of production processes, management of warehouse economy, purchases, sale and service maintenance, personnel management and also conducting accounting and management accounting. End of the first stage is planned for the end of 2007.
