Government office of the Kaliningrad region (Delo-Web)

By May, 2012 in government office of the Kaliningrad region 102 jobs of EDMS "DELO", in the ministries and departments of the government – 260 jobs, from them 73 on the basis of the module "DELO-WEB" providing access to an electronic document management system via the web interface are implemented. Also a system is implemented in 20 of 21 district city municipal entities, in total in 148 workplaces. For ensuring legally significant document flow the option "EDS and Enciphering" (65 options) is implemented. For the organization of the fastest transition to use of electronic images of documents and transfer of the existing archives in an electronic form the option "Line Scanning" was implemented. Besides, in government office the ARCHIVING system (11 jobs) is successfully used.

Within further transition to use of an electronic document management system in government office, in 2011 the subsystem "Notifications and notifications", intended for automatic mailing of notifications and notifications by e-mail about different events of the CASE system and allowing to obtain up-to-date information in the absence of access to a system is implemented. Now it is set and 50 options "Notification and Notification" are used. It allowed to pass in 2012 to electronic document management within processes of the direction of all documents and resolutions on their execution to collaborators (The ministries and departments) in electronic form by means of EDMS "DELO".

Since 2009 the Government of the Kaliningrad region performs exchange of documents in electronic form with Government Office of the Russian Federation on the MEDO system, thanks to the module of interface of EDMS "DELO" to MEDO implemented in the Government of the Kaliningrad region. Since January 1, 2012 in the Government of the Kaliningrad region the advanced module of interface which according to requirements of FSO of the Russian Federation except documents transfers notifications on them works, it allowed to perform exchange of documents also with Management of Presidential Administration according to addresses and requests of citizens.
