The government of Tuva passes to electronic document management

The Republics of Tuva will begin to manage mobile office members of the government with system implementation of electronic document management of Practician. EDMS works by the principle of "cloud computing" as Internet service that gives the chance to users not to care for the software, the operating system and purchase of the expensive equipment, reported on the website of the Government of Tuva.

As Matvei Enikeev told, the deputy CEO of System of Document Flow Service company, the uniform storage of documents of all participants of the electronic Practice system in five years contained in itself nearly 4.5 million documents, in a day accepts 7.5 thousand new and processes 16 thousand resolutions.

Having implemented at itself this electronic workflow system, the Government of the republic will appear in one campaign with the Government of Moscow and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation where Practice is already implemented since spring of this year.

Implementation of EDMS "Practice" will take place in Tuva step by step: first of all – executive authorities, until the end of fall of 2012 will be connected to an electronic document management system also municipalities.
