• Accounting of the company is automated using software "BIT: CRM 8"

• The Sistema Service LLC company works in the field of rendering accounting services

Using the program the following sections are automated:

• Sales management

• Management of marketing

• Analysis of sales and investments into marketing

• Service and maintaining clients

Specialists of office "BIT-AVROBUS" delivered (BIT) to 1C: Accounting and Trade company and installed the program, performed initial tunings (an institution of users, loading of qualifiers, etc.), provided user training.

Results of implementation are commented by the head of department, Bakulin Yu. V.: "For automation of increase in efficiency of sales and maintaining history of customer relations we use the program "BIT:CRM 8. Customer relationship management". As software provider we selected "1C: Accounting and Trade (BITS)" company. Specialists of BIT performed installation and tuning of the program, provided initial training and consultations of users.
