The Ministry of Education of the Kaliningrad region starts operation of an electronic document management system

In December, 2011 the Ministry of Education and Westcomp Consulting company signed the delivery contract of licenses of an electronic document management system "CASE" with a full range of implementation works.

Result

Using EDMS "DELO" document flow of the ministry regarding registration of the entering and outgoing documentation, and also control of execution of instructions is automated. One of the main tasks at implementation consisted in ensuring interaction of the Ministry of Education of the Kaliningrad region and subordinated organizations are different educational institutions. They are located not only in the area the center, but also in other localities of area. For implementation of this task the decision on use of a subsystem of "DELO-WEB" is made.

Now 22 subordinated organizations are connected to EDMS "DELO" Ministries of Education Kaliningradskoy of the region. Employees are trained – trial operation began.

Expectations

Use of such architecture will allow to improve a situation in problematic issues:

• It is considerable to reduce completion dates of instructions
• Increase reliability, safety of documents
• Exercise control of passing of documents in the subordinated organizations
• Cut down expenses on printout, copying and delivery of documents in paper form.
