In Tev Ukrain system implementation of electronic document management of DIRECTUM is complete. On project deliverables contract work, all works with accounts is optimized, process of management of business trips is automated. In a system 250 employees of the company work.

Tev Ukrain performs supply of medicines to Ukraina, to the Republic of Moldova, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Armenia.
The management of such large company requires timely acceptance of competent management decisions on the basis of the most complete information. Therefore one of the main business challenges of the company is creation of a common information space of data. In July, 2011 the top management Teva Ukraina made the decision on transition to electronic document management. On analysis results of the market of ECM systems for the solution of a task the DIRECTUM platform was selected.
The implementation project of EDMS was designed to accelerate document flow, to optimize interaction between employees, to simplify control over execution of instructions, to automate contractual process. All works were carried out by LAN SERVIS company – the certified partner of DIRECTUM company.
The functionality of Basic system modules of DIRECTUM became a core of implementation. For reduction of time of approval of contractual documents and payments on them business solutions Contract management and "Approval of invoices for payment" were used.
The specifics of business of Tev Ukrain are connected with frequent business trips of employees. For the company it was important to find the solution which would allow to reduce time for formation of traveling sheets and also to notify employees on receiving means and delivery of reporting documents. It became possible to automate the described processes using technical solution Management of business trips. Thus, in Tev Ukrain the issues connected with approval, the statement of expense amounts and control of return of reporting documents on business trips were resolved.
Within automation the DIRECTUM RapID technology using which paper documents at different stages of the lifecycle began to be identified by the barcode was also implemented.

Originally in the company contract work, then all works with accounts was unified and optimized, process of management of business trips is automated after that".
In the DIRECTUM system 250 employees of the company work. On project deliverables of implementation of Tev Ukrain solved the key problems connected with processing of documentation, the organization of effective work with contractual documents and the general quality improvement of work of employees. Further the company is going to develop systems capabilities.
